Please don't label your company TOP CAR RENTAL IN SINGAPORE it's A TOTAL DISGRACE!!.
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED with the overall renting experience with this TOP RENTAL COMPANY.
WORST SERVICE PROVIDED.
1) I rented a car with them a couple of months back and returned the car with a full tank. And to my surprise, I was charged an additional $58. Just because I returned the vehicle with a bar lower according to them. (REFER TO THE PHOTOS IS SUBMITTED BEFORE AND AFTER RENTAL) Did reached out to their customer service Trixie and did not resolve the issue. Send them the photos and ask them to look and justify.
2) Later I was been divert to Sandy. After sending them the email to clarify their last email to me was on the 5th Nov 12.11 pm after which no response from them till today. 1 week later my bank account was automatically deducted $58.40. So where is the customer service? No proper follow-up and deduct the money from your user.
3) I waited and wanted to see what is their customer support doing. But even today even after I am forced to pay for the 1 fuel bar lower my account it’s still not authorized to rent. 7 Weeks after the auto deduction from them WHERE IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE???
RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK. You might be the next victim. I am not the first driver to fall for their trap and I believe will not be the last. Definitely would not recommend anyone here reading this review to rent it. There are so many other trustworthy service providers out there.

That’s my last rental with you guys. You guys don’t even deserve to have a star from me it’s just for the sake of this review to let other drivers out there to be more cautious.
DON’T EVEN NEED TO BOTHER TO REPLY TO THIS REVIEW CAUSE IT IS NOT GENUINE AND INSINCERE IT IS ALL FOR SHOW.
Unreliable management despite responsive customer service, we had to rebook a car due to their system issue and the new booking is more expensive than the original booking. The price fluctuates throughout the day (?), when asked why, all the CS can say is "it's what we have to adhere to" which doesn't make sense at all.
You could have simply reinstated our booking. Would not recommend.
Highly recomend for those who are reading this to use any other car sharing app instead. Worse car sharing app in Singapore. I would like to share my experience of getting zero response from the company. Owner of vehicle tried to pin repairs for scratches of car on me. Nobody reached out to me directly for verification and proceeded to charge to the card that was binded on the app, clearly in the photographs when returning the vehicle there were no scratches. Even then, I had also opted to pay additional for premium protection, but yet it seemed like this premium protection does nothing at all. At the time of review, I have used GetGo and Shariot before. Both apps provide better assurance and experience for me.
I have been attempting to email their customer service plus chat bot. An employee called Edelyn has been responding but could only tell me that someone from "Reso" team can help me instead. But the "Reso" team is non-existent, even after emailing them multiple times.
I currently facing these issues. Anyone else have the following issues?
COE Car Accident Resolution:
• For COE cars involved in accidents, it has been communicated that the payout for own repairs is $3k, as comprehensive coverage does not apply to COE vehicles. However, there are delays in the resolution team's response, hindering the initiation of necessary repairs.
Vehicle Confiscation in Drug-Related Cases:
• In instances where a guest's vehicle has been confiscated by the Criminal Investigation Bureau due to a drug-related case, there are concerns about the duration it takes to retrieve the vehicle.
Claims Processing Delays despite Proof:
• Despite providing proof of a guest not returning the vehicle in full petrol, there are delays in claims processing. The support team repeatedly requests proof without providing a timely response, leading to frustration.
Inaccurate Drivelah Go Device monthly Deductions:
• Extra deductions made through the Drivelah Go device. From my credit card.
Request of statement of Accounts:
• Its been more than half a year, requested for statement of account but will never receive it.
Last point to add in.
-When Drivelah customer service topic, is to ask about installing Drivelah Go devices and Stickers, their team will call every minutes, to deduct the amount from your credit card. When asked about the Payout of the stickers, or any claims related issue they takes forever to reply but without any solutions to it. The standard reply is "Escalate to the relevant department" and MIA?
Excellent customer service provided by Ms. Trixie! She is professional and patience in solving my issue! Great job and keep it up!
Had a few good experiences with the hosts but the customer service is horrible. APP is not stable at all.
Here are two incidents:
1) Rent an old car for 24 hours. We are absolutely okay with old car but when the car started smoking, we returned the car as fast as we could.
Host himself acknowledged that the car had some issues but claims that it is still drive-able. However, our safety is more important.
Customer service from DriveLah said they will do a check but there was no reply.
2) Rented a car but the APP crashed. So I cancelled the trip yet the booking was still processed. End up I have to pay for the booking even though I have already cancelled it.
But still a shout out to Trixie for being as helpful as she can. Other than her, the whole DriveLah's operation is just a platform that don't help customer.
It was my first time to register this Drive lah account as a hosting and I’m glad that been served by Jasper.
He is professional and a person who are passionate to his job. He was managed to explained all the questions that I asked in details and guide me how to increase the renting rate as well. Appreciate it so much! Great job & thank you Jasper!
Ralph from the customer service team was a great help to me throughout the assistance process. He was patient and clear in his communication. Thumbs up! Will continue to use Drive Lah for a long time to come.
